Clerk of Courts Grant Davis has lived in Pickaway County his entire life and his community involvement runs deep. Growing up, he attended Teays Valley High School and was a leader in 4-H. He graduated from The Ohio State University.
Professionally, Clerk Davis has worked in multiple positions in state government and the private sector. These experiences have taught him leadership, budget management, and operations skills which he brings to the Clerk’s Office everyday, along with a new, forward looking-perspective.
Before serving as our Clerk of Courts, Grant worked as a Regional Liaison for Ohio Auditor Keith Faber where he assisted local governments and investigated potential corruption and fraud. He founded and currently serves as Chairman of the South Central Ohio Young Republicans where he has worked to help conservatives get elected. He also served as a Senior Legislative Aide to the Majority Whip at the Ohio House of Representatives and worked on legislation impacting millions of Ohioans. As well, he worked in the private sector where he advocated to amend the State of Ohio’s recent operating budget to strengthen Ohio’s medical supply manufacturing industry and reduce our reliance on foreign products.
In the coming months, he hopes to talk with as many Pickaway County residents as possible about the great advancements that have been made in the Clerk's office and his vision for the future.
